When new vehicles come onto the market, there are many rules to comply with. We support this process and also allow vehicles to be registered to us if desired.
Documents had to be translated at short notice for a training course, and the automatic translation had to be checked. The content was technically demanding. The source language was Chinese and the target language was German.
The customer had spontaneously decided to exhibit at an international trade fair. There was no staff available to carry out the project management. We were happy to take this on and coordinate the various services.

Managing test drive requests from the press is extremely important and must be handled with the utmost professionalism. We take care of this process from the initial request to vehicle preparation, delivery, explanation, and collection after the test phase. During the test period, we are available to answer any questions from the test drivers.
Building and maintaining a test vehicle fleet for special large customers with their own fleets is a special task that can immediately generate a significant number of new car sales. We operate this test vehicle fleet from A to Z.
New dealers have many questions. We are ready to help new dealers long before the new NSC has its own staff or the capacity to do so. This ensures a high level of dealer satisfaction, which in turn pays off in high activity for the new brand.
Almost every after-sales activity carried out by a new dealer with a new brand is a warranty claim. For this reason, warranty claims must be handled professionally from day one.
